our planning process

1. Contact us to discuss your trip. The best way to start this process is by emailing us at info@travelitchscratched.com or click on the consultation scheduler below to schedule a 30 minute consult.
2. We will put together an initial itinerary for you. We can research and present up to 2 different options for your review. We'll email the itinerary and discuss any feedback (and make any changes, additions or tweaks) 
3. Once you are happy with the itinerary, we will get everything booked for you and often only requires a small deposit to hold the trip. We will let you know of payment dates and final payment due date. We will provide you with all necessary travel documents and a what to do list. 
4. START PACKING!! It’s time to travel! (we can give PACKING recommendations if needed) 
5. Return from your fabulous trip! Contact us for your next dream vacation. (If you are a repeat traveler with us there is no planning fee).
